Registration

Participation in the workshop is free, including accommodation and food (but not travel costs), starting with dinner on Sunday, Sep 21, 2025, until breakfast on Thursday, Sep 25. The number of participants is limited, so please contact us before registering if you have not been invited to participate. Please also note that travel costs to and from the venue are not covered.

In order to support gender equality and diversity, we encourage applications from underrepresented groups. We will organize childcare for participants that need it and cover the associated costs, as well as the accommodation and meal costs for children. Please indicate in the registration form if you would like to make use of this service.
